No, we cannot conclude that 10^2n-1 is divisible by 9&11 because,
if we take , n=1 then,
10^2n-1=10,,
if we take n=2 then,
10^2n-1=1000

that means that all are multiples of 10
then those no.s are not divisible by 9&11
therefore, we can conclude that,,
10^2n-1 is not divisible by 9&11.
