I don't know about the app but when u open brainly on Google and there after every comment there's a flag
So that if someone misbehave then the other person can report it

No, you can't delete any comment. It is the moderator who can delete the comments. We don't have that power to delete any comment.
If you want to delete any comment, just ask any moderator to delete it.

Just click on the flag .
As when you add a comment you will see that the person who had commented back had a flag at the last . Just click on that , that comment would be deleted by the moderator as it is for reporting the comment
