Can we draw graphs using MS Word, Excel or anything else to help us out in that ?

- We can't draw graphs using MS Word or MS Excel.
- But we can easily Plot/Insert our graph in both MS Word/Excel.
- MS Word stands for Microsoft Word and MS Excel stands for Microsoft Excel.
Inserting/Plotting Graph in MS Word/MS Excel:
- First write the required details in the column starting form column (1) - A (As per your need).
- Select/Highlight the columns wich you have written.
- Click on the insert option on your Spreadsheet window.
- Now click on Column option visible to select your required Graph, there are many options such as Bar Graph, etc.
- Choose any Graph as per your need, You can drag and drop form inserting the Graph in the place where you need.
You can highlight your Graph as per you need by adding more details in your Graph.
Remember:
- There is no much difference between plotting a Graph in MS Word and MS Excel. But remember to Highlight the text/Column in MS Excel.
