No, we can not find variations in asexually reproducing organisms like bacteria. It is because there is the involvement of only a single parent and there is no formation of gametes and its fusion (syngamy). That is the reason why the progeny of a bacterial cell are the exact copies of their parent and are identical to each other (clones).
