No you can't make a sun you are not an alpha or the omega sun or stars are made because of various cosmic accidents like fusion and it's also present in zero gravity. So it is not possible in rahe condition.

Most of this gas is hydrogen (about 70%) and helium (about 28%). The sun shines because it is turning hydrogen into helium via the process of nuclear fusion in its extremely hot core.
