can we put a picture of the page of which we want to ask a question (attachment). if yes then how.

When u are about to post a question, there if you want to make any change one page is opened. At bottom on the left side you will see PIN. Click on it. 2 options will be there. One will be the option of if you want to click the picture now then click on camera. Second will be the option of if you want to attach a picture from gallery. Click on option as per your preference
