no because it will change it's valancy... and also it wold change its name in the periodic table.

You can say it because OH2 is known as Oxyhydreogen which is a mixture of oxygen and hydrogen

There are many rules and regulations in chemistry which most of us are unaware of.
One of those rules is that While writing the chemical formula of a compound, the less electronegative elements are written first (lefthand side) and the most electronegative elements are written at the end (towards right).
In H2O, H is less electronegative than O, therefore, it's written as H2O and cannot be written as OH2.
