Can we say that a charged object attracts an uncharged object by first charging it by induction.. Explain your answer...??

Yes a charge body can attract an uncharged body by induction by bringing A charged body near it but not touching it this is called charging by induction in this case the body being charged acquires opposite opposite charge to that of the body charging it

A charged object tries to attract an object by imparting negative charges to one side of the uncharged object and that process of imparting negative charge is called Induction.
