actually nobody has seen an atom .They have just guessed its structure by conducting experiments.But u can say that the or assumption of atoms structure is true

An atom obviously cannot be seen through naked eyes since its too small that is an order of 10^¯10m. So we can see see the atom through a microscope but not its particles. An atom's particles are seen through the electron microscope designed especially for that reason.
