No. It is not possible.

This is because if x>y then, for x/y, the fraction would be greater than 1.

But the probability of any event can not be more than 1.

because probability is not not greater than one.

if x greater than y , than the probability will exceed 1

e.g - 4/3 here the probability is greter than 1 as 4/3 is 1.3333.....
