As it is, I'm not going to spoonfeed any information to you, although I will be guiding you through by giving you the steps and a few example sums for this matter.

Steps to convert ratios into fractions:
1. Look at the given question
2. Look out for the ":" symbol, the number on its LEFT (<) denotes the Numerator of the FRACTION, and the number on its RIGHT (>) denotes the Denominator of the FRACTION.
3. Then, work out the fraction

Example:
1:2 = \frac{1}{2} = 0.5

That is how conversion of ratios into fractions and their reduction into decimals takes place.
