Measles is a live vaccine so children with immune problems or receiving medications that suppress the immune system should not receive the measles vaccine.

if vaccine is given to a particular disease, it protects us only from that disease

unless the causative agents are closely  related

measles is caused by rubella virus from the family togaviridiae

hepatitis virus is from the family hepadnavirus

the family from which they have evolved are different

so measles vaccine cannot protect from hepatitis
