The pakistan is not called a democtratic country becuase there is the rule of dictator in pakistan.All the power of decision making lies in the hand of the military.But we cant say that there is no constitution there as there is a constitution. In 2001. The military dictator parvez musharraf amended the constitution..even the current prime minister of pakistan was chosen by military .pm's brother is the head of military of pakistan....pm was also an army man.......
