the main reason behind it is that..
we not doing what we want to do!
so, I think not a million tip but it's a only a dollar tip is that
you should make a routine which not only include ur studying hours but it should also include you extra cariculam activities like painting , using social media sites or aap, walking, riding,...etc in fixed time only.
