area of shaded region = area of square - 4 ( area of sector )
GIVEN :- side of square = 10 cm
radius of circle = 5 cm
NOW, area of square = { 10 }^2 =100 cm^2...
area of sector = 1/4 [π r^2 ] = 25π/4..

NOW , area of shaded region = 100 - 4(25π/4)..
= 100-25π
=21.5 cm^2......{{ let π = 3.14 }}....
