do you know before vaccination of measles and rubella what should we eat in heavy breakfast.If it is given in school please tell me what teachers have told to eat in breakfast.Please please tell me. you can help others

Eat something heavy like parathas,vegetables and/or rice- likewise.....
I have also taken vaccination in school itself.
