but an ideal town has this description..
town has metro in reasonable rates..
town is clean..
town has proper drainage system..
town has proper transport facilities..
town has proper education facilities..
town has proper maintenance of the natural beauty..
town has people with high income (or no one is below poverty line)
in simple words town is best.....

first , write a introduction that what it is a town and how it is like it is a busy one etc.
Then write about the surroundings of town, how would one feel when he or she sees the surroundings of town etc.
 write about the kind of people found there etc. like they are quite lazy.
according to you is the life easy or difficult?
you can also write about advantage and disadvantage in living in a town if you like.
at last write your own opinion about town and close it.
