Answer:

If goldbach conjecture is true, then every even number can be expressed as sum of two prime numbers :

p1+p2=2n

Just to put it straight, write 2n−2 as a sum of two primes (it is possible since 2n−2 is even and you assumed that the Goldbach conjecture holds):

2n−2=p1+p2.

Then:

σ(p1)+σ(p2)=(p1+1)+(p2+1)=p1+p2+2=2n
