The Pythagorean Theorem is:-
(Hypotenuse)(square)=(Base)(square)+(Height)(square).

it is the theoram to find the the length of base, hight or the length of the hypotenuse of any right angled triangle.
i.e,
h= (b sq. + l sq.) with power half.
where h= hypotenuse
b= base
l= hight
