The form of a sentence, in which more emphasis is given on the doer than the work done, i.e, the "subject" is given more stress, is called Active Voice.

$\textbf{Passive\:Voice}$

The form of a sentence , in which more emphasis is given on the work done , than, the doer, i.e, the work done is more stressed , is called Passive Voice.

Here , in the question the sentences given are-----

⭐Someone is cleaning the garage.

⭐The captain always encourages us to do our best.

⭐They will make the packets soon.

⭐You must help the poor.

Since , more emphasis is given on the doer , therefore, these are in Active Voice

⭐ Look for the tense in which the sentence is in .

⭐ Find the Finite Verb , and it's form.

⭐ Find , the type of the sentence , whether, Assertive, Imperative, Interrogative , Exclamatory or Obtative.

⭐ The sentence is hence , changed into Passive voice in accordance with the type of sentence ..where the object becomes the subject and the subject becomes the object.

Here , in the question , the sentence is in Past Indefinite Tense , and is an Assertive Sentence.

So , the ..subject would become the object and the object would become the subject . And ...the changes in tense would take place there after..and prepositions might be added as connectors.
