he first looked at the mirror. then he thought that he was handsome. he thought that he should shave daily and grow a thin moustache. then he thought that he should marry a fat woman doctor who should be wealthy. and she should be fat then he can escape if he made any silly mistake that fat woman will not be able to catch him. these were the thoughts of the doctor
