d ( common difference ) = 13 - 9 = 4
an = a + ( n - 1 )d
a12 = 9 + 11 × 4
a12 = 9 + 44

a24 = a + 23d
a24 = 9 + 23 × 4
a24 = 9 + 92
a24 = 101
