Q-a)

11 ^{7}  \div  {11}^{4}

 =  \frac{11 ^{7} }{11^{4} }

  = {11}^{3}

Q-b

Given

( \frac{ - 1}{6} ) ^{3}  \div ( \frac{ - 1}{6} )^{4}

You can extend it or directly cancel out power

 = 1 \div ( \frac{ -1 }{6} )

  =  - 6

Q-c

( \frac{ - 3}{7} )^{ - 5}  \div ( \frac{ - 3}{7} )^{ - 3}

 = (  \frac{ - 3}{7})^{ - 2}

 = ( \frac{7}{ - 3} )^{2}
=49/9
