No, we cannot.
Copper has higher reduction potential than zinc. So, zinc, an active metal, will react with copper sulphate, and displace copper ions from solution as metallic copper. It is a redox reaction driven by difference in reduction potential between copper and zinc.
Zn(s) + CuSO4(aq) = ZnSO4(aq) + Cu(s)
Zinc will gradually undergo dissolution as soluble zinc sulphate with the simultaneous deposition of metallic copper.

no we cant do that because zinc reacts readily with Coper sulphate
