can you store pickle in metal utensils ? why or why not?

we keep pickles in glass containers than in metal containers because the citric acids in the pickles react to themetal, therefore this reaction formed inpickle when eaten can harm us , therecan be chemical reactions in our body.Thus harmful.

we cannot store pickles in metal jars because of present of acid in pickle . So as we know that metal react with acid which is harmful to human body and can lead to several health problems .
