Vocational education should be powered so that after education, people do not have difficulty in getting jobs because they will better trained for work.

(i) Additional use of Information Technology (IT) should be made in providing education.    

(ii) Education should supply to the needs of the employment markets.    

(iii) More opportunities should be made available in the tertiary sector where more educated jobless people can find work.
