oh...its very easy.....you know the light reflects back on the plane mirror by making<i=<r...but in refraction <i is not eqal to <r. the refraction is also differ from one median to other median i.e.,if the refracted ray moves from rarer to denser medium it moves/bends towards normal; if refracted ray moves from denser to rarer it bends away from normal.....hope it helps....
