Can you tell me how are the modern methods of irrigation better than the traditional methods.?

1. it will require less number of labours hence it can develop where there are less number of labours also
2. place having maximum temperature where crops might get destroyed Sprinkle irrigation method will help to maintain humid environment for the crops
3. no problem of waterlogging would be there
4. evaporation lose of water is minimised

modern methods of irrigation is much  better then traditional methods because in modern methods there is sprinklers which throws water all over the area , drip irrigation which water the roots drip by drip
