The Multi cellular organisms can be reproduce by cell because the more simple random collection of cells and specialized cells are organized  with the tissues and tissues are have to be kept at different positions on the body.

There are simple multi cellular organisms special types of tissues with the potential to grow into a new organism with the multi cellular organisms have no such specialized cells.
