Why is vegetative propagation practised for growing some types of plants?

There are many plants in which parts like the stem and leaves develop into the new plants under appropriate conditions with vegetative propagation can be used to reproducing the entire plant.


The vegetative propagation can bear flowers and methods also make possible capacity to produce seeds as well as plants produced are genetically similar enough to the parent plant.
