It is because some of the topics in a particular subject are given more important than the other. For example, if a person wants to pursue a Research in the field of Physics or Science, he/she will get all the grants and support from the institutions who are incharge of this. Whereas, if a person want to pursue a Research in the field of health or communication, he/she will not get that big support from the same organisations’. This has to change so that people who want to do research can concentrate only on that and not on the funds aspect.

well,basically people wants change in the doctorial regime because when it comes to other subject or work ,lack of concentration led them to unsupported research or work . So this creates as sense of unsatisfaction in such people who are studying minor subject or topic. This why they want change so that the concentration can also be given to other subject so that people can furthur go for study easily.
