i) ZIMBABWE IS NOT VIWED AS A VOTE BASED NATION SINCE IT HAS A MONO PART.
ii) ELECTION ARE HELD REGULARLY BUT ALWAYS WON BY ZANU-PF.
iii)HE HAS CHANGED THE CONSTITUTION SEVERAL TIMES TO INCREASE THE POWER OF PRESIDENT.

Zimbabwe Can not be called democracy due to unfair practices done by Zanu - pf
3 Reasons to support my answer are :-
- They have changed the Constitution of Zimbabwe several times which make president less accountable.
- Opposition party meeting were disrupt and their members were harrased and molested by Zanu - Pf Party's worker.
- The Television and radio only shows party version. Journalism can not write against the party otherwise they will be harrased.
