Car A left Town A while Car B left Town B at the same time.They travelled towards each other.Car A was expected to take 8 hours to cover the whole journey.Car B was expected to reach Town A in 10 hours.They met 35 km away fromthe midpoint of their journey.How far was Town A from Town B?

Car A speed =  D/8   km/Hr

Car B speed = D/10 km/Hr

Car A covered distance = D/2 + 35

Car B covered Distance = D/2 - 35

let say they time to meet = T hr

T * D/8 = D/2 + 35   for CarA speed * Time = Car A Distance

TD = 4D + 280

T*D/10 = D/2 - 35  for CarB speed * Time = Car B Distance

TD = 5D - 350

4D + 280 =  5D - 350

D = 280 + 350

D = 630 km
