carbon dioxide is generally heavier than oxygen and nitrogen why does it not from lower layer in the atmosphere

Carbon dioxide is heavier than both nitrogen and oxygen but it has 2 atoms of oxygen in it and this is the reason why it is found with nitrogen and oxygen

Carbondioxide is heavier than oxygen as it is made of 2 atoms of carbon and oxygen is made up of only 1 atom
