Carbon exists in nature as three isotopes. Given the atomic masses and relative abundance of the isotopes, what is the average atomic mass of carbon?

Since many elements have a number of isotopes, and since chemists rarely work with oneatom at a time, chemists useaverage atomic mass. On the periodic table the mass of carbonis reported as 12.01 amu. This is the average atomic mass of carbon.
