Carbonic acid has both hydrogen and oxygen so it should be a organic acid but it is included in mineral acid why is it so?

Organic acids must have carboxylic acid group (COOH) group. But Carbonic acid (H2CO3) doesn't contain this group that is why it is a mineral acid.
