universal participation

all adults (18+) of the mental ability to choose wisely and independently have the right to vote, regardless of gender, race, or any other personal characteristics. voting must also be easily accessible to everyone.

political equality (influence)

only one vote per each individual, no exceptions. people cannot buy extra votes or bribe.
