formation of insoluble paracasein in stomach as follows::::::::::

1......pepsin form stomach convert in to soluble casein

2..... further casein convert into insoluble paracasein

3.... paracasein is calcium paracaseinate to form semi solid curd

also known as angiotensiogenase

it is type of enzyme secreted and store in kidney promotes production of protein
