cart is sliding on a smooth incline. An observer (O1) is fixed to cart and another observer fixed on ground (O2) observe, a loose bolt that is related from ceiling. At the instant of release cart has velocity v0 as seen by O2. Mark the correct option.​

Explanation:

Velocity of the Loose bolt with respect to Observer O1 will be

= Velocity of w.r.t ground - Velocity of the O1

=v_0-v_0\\=0

So with respect to Observer  O1 , Loose bolt is only subject to Downward acceleration 'g'  of gravity and having no initial velocity at all, so for this case trajectory with be straight line.

On the other hand, velocity of loose bolt w.r.t O2 is v_0, which form angle of 90-\theta with downward acceleration, so from the concept of the projectile motion we can say that trajectory of loose bolt in this case will be Parabola.
