Many people suffer injuries, sometimes fatal in road accidents as a result of drunken driving. This must come to a stop. What will we Indians understand? What is enough is enough? There must be stringent laws to tackle the situation. During 2013 alone more than 30,000 people died in highway accidents. So the next time you decide to drive, while drunk gives it serious thought. As the old cliche goes, ‘the life you save, maybe your own’.
