Blackcube Private is a private investment company dedicated to the real estate sector. It was founded in 2010 to provide a high level of personalised, discreet and completely confidential advice to a select number of private clients and their companies.
Since inception in 2010, Blackcube has co-invested equity in over 100 real estate development projects across the UK and continues to have an appetite for new projects and partners.
Managing Director BJ Eastwood has most recently co-founded Alpha Student, a premium student accommodation brand, aimed to be aspirational and represent quality, safety and fun. From recognising the investment opportunity in 2010, Alpha Student is continuing to create high quality student accommodation, in key locations across the UK.
BJ began using The Company Shop in 2011 to incorporate Blackcube Asset Management LLP. Since then he has used our services to incorporate various Limited Companies and Limited Liability Partnerships including Alpha Student LLP. He has also used The Company Shop to Trademark their name, Blackclube.
