Cassius says "I know not what may fall; I like not" because he could predict the consequences of allowing a skilled orator like Antony to deliver Caesar's funeral speech. He is a mere calculating person but as Brutus the idealist, allows Antony to make his will then he warns Brutus by saying I do not know the result but I do not like this decision.
