Frog is an amphibian.

An aquatic animal is a vertebrate or an invertebrate that lives in water all its life. It breathes air or extracts oxygen that is dissolved in the water through gills or skin. E.g. Fishes, mollusks etc.

Amphibians are ectothermic, tetrapod vertebrates which inhabit different habitats like fresh water aquatic ecosystems, fossorial ecosystem or terrestrial ecosystem. However, their larval stages(tadpoles)  live an aquatic life. E.g. frogs, toads.

Terrestrial animals live predominantly on land, when compared to the aquatic animals, that live in water always or amphibians that live on a combination of aquatic and terrestrial habitats. E.g. Cats, ants, etc.
