the two main causes for the french revolutions are:
1. Political causes
2. Social causes
Political causes were that the king and the queen ruled like autocrates and didn't help the people in any way.
Social causes were that the people were divided into three classes the fist estate, the second estate and the third estate and the people in the third estate were burdened of all the taxes.
