a) Nationalism and Imperialism -> Nationalism refers to the sense of unity felt by the people who share a common history.

Imperialism refers to aggresive nationalism.

b) Race of Armaments -> This was one mad race which soon engulfed some of the most powerful countries in the world. Well countries started making more powerful weapons and so there was a feeling of crisis.

c) Division of Europe Into Two Hostile Groups -> Europe was divided into single nation states like France, Holland and Germany and into imperial nation states like Austria-Hungarian Empire and Russian Empire. This created hostility.

d) Sarajevo Crisis -> This was the immediate cause of the First World War which started with the murder of Archduke Francis Ferdinand of Austria Hungary. The couuntry then attack Serbia in the process and it continues with other countries soon involving.
