Public property or assets are purchased by the tax payers money, of ALL INDIANS.The person who destroys these items , is not bothered by that, being a faithful loyal servant of politician. Politicians are not bothered by these issues.

If Politicians are made to pay for every damaged public property , they will not do it. It is the public at large, whose taxes are transformed into public property/ assets, like , buses, trains, buildings of Government departments.

Invariably to replenish the damaged asset/ public property, Government purchases again, through OUR TAX PAID MONEY. So we are made to pay for the Asset twice, which has been damaged by somebody else. PAY MORE TAXES TO REPLACE DAMAGED PROPERTIES/ASSETS.
