Cell wall is absent in Mycoplasma which is a bacteria genus. The cell membrane is in them is not guarded by a cell wall.

They remain unaffected by antibiotics that are common like penicillin or other antibiotics targeting the cell wall synthesis.

They are one of the smallest bacteria cells that exist in the environment even surviving without oxygen. They can be found in many shapes in nature.
