The author stated that although, maps look not so large in scale, yet the information they store is too large than thier actual scale. They shows mighty mountains, show different lakes and oceans and the passage of sea travel. Maps even tell us about weather of any region, some region has ice while some has string winds. Maps also indicated different traveling routes, train or air or roads
