Center of thirst and hunger is located in Hypothalamus.

CNS (Central Nervous System) doesn't control Heartbeat (1).
Heart beat is controlled by Medulla.

Acetylcholine takes part in Synaptic transmission

The gonadotrophic hormone is secreted by Anterior part of pituitary.
