hey! here I'm telling only the capital adjustment- in this case we're gonna adjust the capital of new partner on the basis of old partners... first find out total cap of the firm by taking the adjusted cap of old partners and then multiply it with the reciprocal of total ratio of partners then we have the total cap of the firm then give the proportion of the capital required to the new partner that is the capital of incoming partner. For eg- if adjsted cap of all partners is 20000 and total ratio is 2/3 then reciprocal the ratio n you'll get 3/2 solve this n you got 30000 as total cap of the firm then simply give the share of the new partner that will be his share of capital.
